Open Road Tolling - PA Turnpike Commission

Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission

Services: Consruction Inspection and Construction Scheduling

Open Road Tolling will eliminate toll plazas on 565 miles of roadway as tolls are charged electronically as customers drive at highway speeds beneath overhead structures, called gantries. It will launch statewide in January 2027.

 

Mon Fayette Expressway

$380 Million

PA Turnpike Commission

Services: Construction Scheduling, Engineering

Construction of PA Route 51 to I-376 allowing traffic to travel 68 miles from I-68 near Morgantown, West Virginia to I-376 in Monroeville, Allegheny County.

 

Beaver River Bridge Replacement

$295 Million

PA Turnpike Commission

Services: Construction Scheduling

Total reconstruction and widening of the PA Turnpike at the Beaver Valley exit. 

 

Interstate 70 - Route 51 Diverging Diamond

$120.6 Million

PA Department of Transportation 

Services: Construction Scheduling, Claims Mitigation and Environmental Quality Assurance. 

A Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) is being constructed to replace the current cloverleaf interchange at I-70/Route51. 

Foresight is very proud to be the sole Construction Management firm on this project which is part of the I-70 corridor improvements - the largest project in PennDOT District 12-0 history.

 

Commercial Street Bridge Replacement Project

$96 Million

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation

Services: Construction Scheduling

The project replaces an aging bridge with a modern structure designed to last for decades, while also improving the surrounding roadway and traffic flow. 


 

Wexford Interchange - Interstate 79 and Route 910

$46.5 Million

This project will feature two new flyover bridge structures over I-79, upgraded traffic signaling, highway lighting, drainage systems, and updated signage.


Salina Bridge Replacement Project

$33.2 Million

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation

Replacement of the Salina Bridge that carries Route 1060 over the Kiskiminetas River and Norfolk Southern Railroad.

A new bridge will be constructed downstream from the existing Salina Bridge.

Shell Polymers - Monaca

$14 Billion

Services: Construction Inspection

A large ethane-to-polyethylene petrochemical complex on ~386 acres in Potter Township / Monaca, Beaver County, Pennsylvania — often called the Shell “cracker” or Shell Polymers Monaca.

It cracks ethane (from regional shale gas) to make ethylene feedstock and then produces polyethylene resins used in packaging and other products.

The plant opened in November 2022.


PIT Airport - Terminal Modernization Program

$1.7 Billion

Allegheny County Airport Authority

Services: Construction Management, Construction Inspection, Construction Scheduling, Environmental Health and Safety and Administrative Services.

New terminal building and a new 4,300 space parking garage. 

Project completed on November 18, 2025

PA Southern Beltway PA 576

$700 Million

Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission

Services: Construction Management and Construction Scheduling

This was a major tolled highway project built to create a high-speed connection between Pittsburgh International Airport, U.S. 22, and I-79, delivering faster, more direct travel across the southern Pittsburgh region.

The main 19-mile segment from the airport to I-79 was completed and opened between 2021–2022.


 

Three Sisters Bridges - Pittsburgh, PA

$82 Million

The Three Sisters Bridges in Pittsburgh — the Roberto Clemente Bridge, Andy Warhol Bridge, and Rachel Carson Bridge underwent a multi-year rehabilitation (2016–2023), including structural repairs, new decks and repainting as well as new decorative lighting.
